Legal Marketing Systems, Ltd. (hereinafter LMS) comes into possession of personally identifiable data of yours as a direct consequence of your initiated communications with LMS, your hiring of LMS for the purpose of generating and downloading your prenuptial agreement and your voluntary provision of said required personal data for that specific purpose.

Consequently, LMS promises that it will not share any such information, in any manner, with any third party other than your fiancé or your retained lawyer either or both of whom you provided access to your account, for any reason other than legal subpoena process, at any time. LMS is required to respond fully to any legal process or receipt of a subpoena, but that is the only reason your personally identifiable information would be released by LMS to any third party other than your fiancé or lawyer as specified above.
